Shared Health Alliance (SHA)

We provide essential insurance benefits and services that were designed specifically to strengthen any health share program, high deductible plan, indemnity plans, or even use it as a stand-alone plan. There are many options available for catastrophic coverage, but they can leave you with gaps in your coverage. When you enroll with us, we will fill those gaps for you and your family.

Member benefits include:

  • Preventive services for all adults and children – Most health share programs do not share in the cost of preventive care. Shared Health Alliance has it covered with the SHA Preventive Program. Maintaining or improving your health is important – and a focus on regular preventive care, along with following the advice of your doctor, can help you stay healthy.
  • Copays for Primary Care Physician Office Visits, Specialist Office Visits, Urgent Care, and many other services.
  • Copay prescription drug card – This insured drug benefit covers most of the commonly prescribed drugs at a low member co-pay at over 54,000 pharmacies nationwide.
  • Telemedicine - Consult with a US-based, licensed doctor over the phone, tablet, or computer. They can diagnose non-emergent, medical conditions and prescribe medication when needed.
  • SHARx Prescription Advocacy - SHARx is a pharmacy advocacy solution embedded in your Shared Health Alliance plan to help members access high cost maintenance medication at little or no cost.
